I want to be like Madison

Madison has nothing but faith in me. She believes that I would never let her down. That I’ll always be there. She clings to me, kisses my face, holds me tight and desires to be in my presence at all times. It’s pure, genuine, heartfelt love!  She also has no real concept of fear, hurt, tribulation.  She’ll try new things, check something out, and even play around with something that’s different.

I say all that to say that she shows me how to have faith, joy, love, fearlessness and trust.   She has less than two years worth of experience but somehow has it figured out.  How to be as happy as can be and free.  So trusting and willing with me.  The way we as adults should be.  The way we should be with God.

Oftentimes, she ends up teaching me!

And he said: “Truly I tell you, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven. Therefore, whoever takes the lowly position of this child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven. (Matthew 18:3-4, NIV)

Be Happy,

Firstly, your little girl is seriously the cutest thing!!! Secondly, I LOVE how kids teach us about faith. It really is a blessing to see how we should love the Lord by watching how kids love Him and love us!

This is very beautiful and your daughter is super adorable, I have two sons and this is one of the biggest lessons I've learned, they love, trust and forgive wholeheartedly. I see God in them every single day 🙂
