Monthly Measures {#8}

I've been a busy lady this past month so I haven't really been doing a lot in the working out department...who am I kidding, when have I ever.

Anyway, somehow I've managed to lose some weight.  Breastfeeding? Yes.  Stress? Maybe.  Now I'm just hoping to get myself into some sort of routine. But I'm not pressuring myself to do any thing right now, really.  I'm just continuing to make good choices with food (besides those cookies I can't seem to stay away from) and that's working for me, for now.

I have been reading some great posts lately about food, fitness and health so I figured I'd share:

...and just so you know, for the month of September, my focus will be to:
  • Continue to drink more water.  I'm averaging 4-6 cups per day with a goal of 8.
  • Try yoga!  I've been wanting to try yoga for the past few weeks but didn't really know where to start...Youtube (duh!)!

  3. Congrats on losing weight! I'm so jealous of being able to lose weight while breastfeeding. I was able to the first time around, but this time it hasn't been easy at all.
