My name is Nicole, and I'm addicted to Sugar!
With that said, I need to do something about my addiction to sweets now, so that it doesn't turn into a major problem that I'm forced to do something about later. Besides, I know once I eliminate sugars, or at least reduce my intake, I'll see significant improvements in how I feel and I'll see results from my workouts that much quicker too.
The problem is where and how to start. I've been doing an abundance of research trying to determine how to tackle this obsession. I'm definitely planning to do the No Sugar Added Challenge being hosted by Dani at Fitness, Food and Style (February 1st - February 14th) and I'm thinking about reading, I Quit Sugar. But we'll see where all this leads me and I'll be sure to post about how I'm doing with the challenge, of course.
I know I can't be the only one dealing with this, so I hope! Therefore, any help or advice you can give on how to overcome my sugar addiction would be greatly appreciated!
